Left Bank Books in Seattle was the United Front for Political Defense. Leaders were Jo Maynes, Paul Zilsel, and Lynne Thorndycraft. FOIA/FBI files called them subversive. They represented 46 anti-war groups. This collective held press conferences for Northwest Liberation Front members held in the King County Jail.
